8. SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

E-Commerce and Marketing SMS Requirements

By providing your mobile phone number to Desert Source — including at checkout, through account creation, or through an opt-in form on the Site — you may receive text messages (SMS) related to your order and, if you separately opt in, marketing messages from Desert Source. Transactional messages (such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and account notices) may be sent to any mobile number provided in connection with a purchase or account, and are not conditioned on opting into marketing messages. Marketing text messages are sent only to numbers that have affirmatively opted in, and consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of any purchase.
